How to Cook

• Bake: Preheat oven to 375–400°F; drizzle with lemon butter and bake 12–15 minutes until flaky
• Pan-Sear: Dredge in seasoned flour; sear in butter and olive oil 3–4 minutes per side until golden
• Grill: Brush with olive oil and season; grill 4–5 minutes per side until opaque and flakes easily
• Fish & Chips: Batter and deep-fry for crispy, golden results — ideal for Pacific cod's flaky texture
