Ceylon Cinnamon Honey — Made with real Ceylon cinnamon, the softer, more complex variety prized over the cassia cinnamon found in most supermarkets. Drizzle it over oatmeal, stir into morning coffee, or glaze a sweet potato fresh from the oven.

Rosemary Honey — Floral and herbaceous, with a savory edge that makes it as at home on a cheese board as it is in a vinaigrette. A jar that earns its place in both the kitchen and the pantry.
