Product Overview
Offering everyday convenience in a heavy-duty package, the U.S. Pool Supply Above Ground Pool Skimmer, Wall Mount Surface Skimmer fits well into practical situations. Notable features include effective heavy-duty and heavy-duty design, contributing to its value-driven character.
Key Features
- Effective Heavy-Duty Design: A premium-quality, over-sized wall-mounted above-ground pool surface skimmer that automatically skims out leaves and waste from the pool's surface before they sink. The skimmer is made of durable UV resistant ABS and polypropylene plastic.
- High-Performance Features: High-capacity extra-large leaf and debris collection basket; Float ring with a wide water guide plate and a deep inner-edge slope to increase water rotation and suction power, pulling in more debris; Large 1.5" (38cm) suction hose that provides a higher water flow rate than standard 1.25" hoses; 90-degree angle hose connection for safer suction hose positioning.
- Easy to Install: The skimmer includes two adjustable-height mounting brackets, allowing it to be easily and appropriately mounted on the sidewalls of different above-ground pool styles, including inflatable collars, tubular structures, and most metal-frame structures. It is compatible with most Intex and Bestway above-ground pool models.
- Cleans Automatically: The skimmer works in conjunction with your filter pump by sucking the surface water through the strainer basket, which captures the leaves and waste, then the water is sucked down through the hose and into the filter pump for automatic pool cleaning.
- Easy Cleaning: The extra-large strainer basket is easy to pull out, allowing fast waste removal and cleaning. Extra-large skimmer canister holds 4.6 liters (1.2 gallons) of water. The surface skimmer operates best with a filter pump with a minimum flow rate of 1,000 gal/hr (3,785 l/h) or higher. Includes a connector hose, an adaptor, and instructions.
